Cherry Thacker is a seasoned healthcare compliance leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments. As President of Wealth Grove, she brings a strong background in clinical operations, privacy, and data protection, blending strategic oversight with hands-on implementation.
Cherry holds a Bachelors of Science and certifications in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Data Privacy (CDP), and has led multiple successful initiatives in HIPAA readiness, audit preparation, policy development, and risk mitigation. Her approach is both practical and people-centered, making compliance accessible without sacrificing rigor.
Prior to co-founding Wealth Grove, Cherry held leadership roles in multi-site healthcare organizations, where she built scalable compliance programs from the ground up. Today, she works with digital health startups, SaaS companies, and established providers to strengthen operations, reduce risk, and grow with confidence.

Trent Thacker is a technology and product leader with over 20 years of experience guiding organizations through complex digital transformation, platform modernization, and security-focused growth. As Vice President of Wealth Grove, he partners with clients to align technology, compliance, and business strategy—delivering measurable outcomes across regulated industries like healthcare, service industry, and government utilities.
Trent holds a Bachelors of Science as well as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential and has led teams through initiatives spanning cloud architecture, compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and product re-platforming. His approach blends strategic thinking with hands-on experience, enabling clients to move quickly while building resilient, scalable systems.
Before co-founding Wealth Grove, Trent held senior leadership roles including CTO and Director of Product, helping companies streamline operations, unlock new revenue opportunities, and bring innovative software products to market. Today, he serves as a trusted advisor to executive teams ready to scale with confidence and integrity.
